It's usually dirty and instead of things stacked neatly on shelves they are thrown there (literally) on top of each other. Now I know that this could be perceived as because there are so many people going there but it doesn't matter what time or day I go, it's always the same mess! And their book section, well that is a big laugh as well as the toy section. They need new people working there and to better organize.
